According to Freelee she is looking for easy ways to reduce the weight while staying healthy.

She is a Health Guru and told in the Daily Mail, Australia that taking 2500 to 3000 calories in a day can change your life.

Freelee started her journey 9 years ago. At the age of 35, she was overweight. For this reason she was living in depression and suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Apart from this she was also suffering from Acne, difficulty in digesting food, and fatigue.

Because of these problems, she started research on the nutrition. She included completely raw food in her diet.

During trail period of one month she has just eaten banana. But gradually she increased her diet and began to eat seasonal fruits at lunch. After eating 40 pieces of fruit at lunch, she was not satisfied and she found her diet not satisfactory.
